Wines

Our work philosophy is to scrupulously respect the oenological potential of each variety. For this we vinify each one separately, harvesting at the right moment of maturation and not using aggressive elaboration methods or oenological synthesis aids or genetically modified. The harvest is manual and the grapes are transported in perforated plastic boxes of maximum 20 kg. capacity. It is immediately cooled in a cold room below 10ºC. In this way we avoid all kinds of oxidations or unwanted fermentation starts.
