The king of Canary Island white wines. Very aromatic (tropical fruit, citrus, white flowers) and good acidity. Balanced, velvety wines with a long finish. Great persistence.
LISTÁN NEGRO
The most widespread variety of red in the archipelago. Rustic with a generous yield. Fresh and fruity young wines (red fruits), slightly spicy (black pepper).
VIJARIEGO NEGRO
A minority grape variety with great personality, ideal for aging in oak barrels due to its high polyphenol content. Very fruity (black fruits) with notes of minerality.
